I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and well-appointed with clean amenities nearby. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, catering to all our needs. The hotel's rooms were very clean and neat, but somewhat outdated compared to a previous exceptional stay in Burnie. The service was warm, friendly, and helpful, making our short break between Easter and Anzac day relaxing. The location was ideal for a stroll along the coast, close to a beautiful beach, but outdoor facilities needed improvement. The dining experience offered a good variety of breakfast items, though not entirely as advertised in the room brochure.
